Tecno Camon X launches today, 5th of April, and its specs have been announced. The bezel-less phone is camera-themed as the other Camon phones, but Camon X is more advanced, featuring face ID technology. The Front camera of the phone is ranked at 24 MP, while the back camera is ranked at 16 MP. When it’s finally available in the market, Tecno Camon X price in Nigeria is estimated to cost NGN 60,000.

Tecno Camon X Specs: Hardware and Software Description
Being a selfie-centric phone, Tecno Camon X has its front camera (which sports 24 MP and comes with face ID tech and adjustable LED flash) in the spotlight. The phone’s back camera could only muster 16 MP. As for the body of the phone, it is made of Aluminum Alloy, and it gives room to bezel-less in the front.
Tecno Camon X’s screen measures 5.99 inches, supports 1080 x 2160 pixels resolution (at 402ppi) and can display up to 16M colours. And the screen is protected with Corning Gorilla Glass.
Even though it’s reported that Tecno and Infinix would be adopting Snapdragon in their new phones, Tecno Camon X still features MediaTek chip, coming with MediaTek Helio P23 MT6763T. The processor has 8 cores and speeds at 2.0GHz, and the graphics processing is run by its ARM Mali-G71 MP2.
Tecno Camon X would be available in two variants, the standard Camon X and the Camon X Pro. The standard would have 32 GB internal memory and 3GB RAM, while the Tecno Camon X Pro would have 64 GB internal memory and 4GB RAM. The two variants can have their memory increased to 128 GB
From the factory, the phone would have Android Android 8.1 Oreo customized with HiOS 3.3 as its default operating system. Camon X would support Java and have Skype, Whatsapp, Facebook, and Youtube as its pre-installed third-party apps. There is a Fingerprint Sensor at the back of the phone; other sensors coming with it include Accelerometer, Proximity, A-GPS, and Ambient Light.

Tecno Camon X Price in Nigeria, Ghana and Kenya
