This Nintendo Switch game was released in 2019, and it is a remake of the same game that was released in 1993 on Game Boy. How to Run Nintendo Switch ROMs on Android Phone
While Nintendo Switch and Switch Lite are portable enough and you may enjoy playing games on them, sometimes you don’t want to carry an extra load. You just want to run Nintendo Switch ROMs on your Android smartphone and play on-the-go. A lot of people do this for PSP, by using an emulator.
The same thing can now be done for Nintendo using an emulator. However, you need more than an emulator: You also need a game controller for an Android phone, and your phone must have a very fast processor to avoid lags.
Here is how to run Nintendo Switch ROMs on your Android phone and play almost any Nintendo game.
- Download Egg NS Emulator App here and install it
- Then download the SwitchDroid Folder, which contains the game’s runtime environment, here. The folder contains 2 subfolders (Game subfolder – for holding Nintendo Switch ROMs; and Keystore subfolder – which contains the KEY file) and a bin file, which is the font support file.
- Using your computer or any other possible means, copy and paste the SwitchDroid folder into the root directory of your phone.
- Now download Nintendo Switch ROMs for your favourite games and put them in the Game subfolder. ROMs are either in NSP or XCI format
- Then install GameSir-X2 Gamepad on your phone and open Egg NS app. There will be a pop-up window prompting you to locate the directory where the games, KEY files, and fonts files are located.
- Then click “Settings”
- Then find the location of the Key folder and font file by tapping on Add and browsing to the SwitchDroid folder placed on the root directory of your phone
- Locate the Keystore folder, mark it and tap on the “Sure” button

- Then locate the game folder, mark it and tap on the “Sure” button
