A couple of weeks ago, Glo decided to start giving “unfair advantage” to its data subscribers; it introduced what it called Glo Unfair Advantage, which bumps up the allocated data on its data plan.
The Glo Unfair Advantage takes the allocated data for cheapest Glo data plan, which costs NGN 500, to 2 GB, and the priciest Glo data plan, which costs NGN 10,000, to 75 GB.
Even though Glo’s data speed is very slow, a lot of Glo’s data subscribers love the Unfair Advantage. Glo was impressed by the reception of the “unfair advantage,” and now it has decided to add more unfair advantage – by introducing another plan costing NGN 20,000, which gives a whopping 180 GB data!
See the tweet announcing the plan below.
It is obvious that the plan is meant for heavy internet users, the people that can download heavy and earth, like me – but I don’t think I can put 20K into a data plan.
To subscribe to the plan, dial *777# and navigate to the plan.
