He is already being regarded to as the “GOAT” in the football world, but now it appears Cristiano Ronaldo is going into American drama series – perhaps to be the SHEEP of Hollywood. The Real Madrid superstar has been called to serve as the executive producer of a new, teen high-school drama series in the US.
And as you might have guessed, the drama series is about football. The series is about a small-town girls soccer team in upstate New York, and the project is for Facebook Watch, the Facebook video service which was supposed to rival YouTube.
At the moment, the drama series hasn’t been named, but the people that will work together with Ronaldo to make the series a success have been named. These people include Liz Garcia and Josh Harto, Memphis Beat creators, and the production is by former ABC-chief Paul Lee’s indie studio, wiip
The series aims to explore and show the world how the teenagers manage their lives and share love with friends and family – even though the soccer team is made up of teenagers from different races; the series is about promoting racial harmony in the United States – and the world.
There is no release date for the series now, but when it is released, it will be available in Facebook Watch, where Facebook users could see the series.
