Airtel has always claimed to be the smartphone network; this claim is becoming truer than ever as a new data plan called Airtel unlimited data plan is coming soon.
In a new video teaser announcing the coming of the unlimited data plan, Gabriel Afolayan (the popular Yoruba-movie star) was suspicious of his visiting friends that they have visited in order to finish his data.
His plan was to allow them to connect only one device to his WiFi, but on checking them in and searching their body, he discovered that they came with many devices that will suck all his data. At the end, he showed them the way out. The video is very funny; you can see for yourself below.
Concerns About the Airtel Unlimited Data Plan
Although Airtel hasn’t given the direction on how the unlimited data plan is going to work, there are two major concerns about the plan already. The first concern is the cost, while the second is the speed of the Airtel unlimited data plan.
We all know there is nothing like Airtel 4G LTE at the moment, and the available 3.5G network can be unpredictable in some areas.
Well, let’s keep our fingers crossed and wait for how Airtel will respond to these concerns. Perhaps the Airtel unlimited data plan would be rolled out with the 4G LTE network, and hopefully, the cost of the data plan would be affordable.
