The MTN message center number is +234803000000. To add the number to your phone settings, go to the default SMS app on your device. Then locate “Text Message” or “SMS” settings. Then locate the “SMS service center” or something related to that. Finally, paste the number above in the provided box and tap OK to activate the number.

Everything being equal, you should be able to send and receive SMS now.
