Sony introduces PlayStation Credit Card to reward gamers

Sony has just introduced what it called PlayStation Credit Card, aimed at rewarding its beloved gamers. The card, which is as a result of a collaboration between Sony Rewards and Capital One, was designed to reward gamers that make regular purchases on PlayStation Store.

At the launching of the Sony PlayStation Credit Card, the game console maker said, “Working with our colleagues over at Sony Rewards and Capital One, we are excited to present a new PlayStation Credit Card with rewards designed specifically with gamers like you in mind. Beginning today, we’re inviting all of our fans to start turning your everyday purchases into a number of amazing rewards and benefits.”

And according to Sony, regular purchasers from the Store can get up to a $50 worth of PlayStation Store Code, which can be used to buy a game.

It was also reported that the Sony PlayStation Credit Card will work on a points system whereby gamers will be able to accumulate points by buying stuffs from PlayStation Store or by buying PlayStation Console and other Sony products.

In addition to this, points can also be accumulated when gamers pay for their mobile phone bills and make other purchases. The most interesting thing about the Sony PlayStation Credit Card is that gamers are able to customize the card the way they want.

To be eligible for the card, go to Sony’s website to register and start purchasing from PlayStation Store or buy Sony Products.
